Privacy policy

We handle your data carefully and confidentially. Below you can read which data we process, why, and what your rights are.

This is a translation for your convenience. In case of any difference, the Dutch version prevails.

Who we are

Digitaal Motief, Fruitweg 25, 2525 KG Den Haag, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 72392460, is responsible for processing personal data as described in this privacy policy. You can reach us at info@digitaalmotief.nl or +31 6 17 31 52 51.

What data we process

When you fill in the contact form, email us, call us or send us a WhatsApp message, we process the details you give us yourself: your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. If you become a client, we also process the details needed for the quote, the project and the invoice, such as your company name and address.

Why we process this data

We only use your data to answer your question, prepare a quote, carry out the project and invoice it. We keep invoices and the related details for as long as the law requires (seven years). Messages that don't lead to a project are deleted after two years at the latest.

We never sell your data and only share it with others when this is needed for the project (for example a printer or courier) or when we are legally required to.

Cookies and analytics

This website doesn't place tracking or advertising cookies and doesn't use visitor analytics that follow you personally. The web server keeps technical log files (such as IP address and time of visit) to keep the site secure and running; these are deleted automatically after a short time.

We load fonts and some scripts through Google Fonts, cdnjs and jsDelivr. These services see your IP address, as with any website you visit.

Your rights

You can always ask us what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Just email info@digitaalmotief.nl and you'll hear back from us within four weeks. If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Security
