Voorraad Beheer (Dutch for stock management) is our own SaaS platform for construction warehouses: every delivery, order and issue tracked per contractor and project, from the lorry to the building site.

In a construction warehouse, materials from several contractors sit side by side. Who took those ten bags of cement, and for which project? Voorraad Beheer keeps track: from the lorry being unloaded to the packing slip that goes out to the building site.

How it works
From delivery to building site.
Six loading doors, six steps. Click a door and look inside the app.
Step 1/6 · Receipt
The lorry arrives
The warehouse manager books in every delivery: which material, how much and for which contractor. That contractor's stock goes up straight away.
Step 2/6 · Stock
One warehouse, separate stock per contractor
For each material you can see what every contractor still has in stock. If something drops below its critical level, it turns red and shows up on the dashboard.
Step 3/6 · Order
The site manager orders from the building site
On their phone, the site manager picks the project, worker and materials. They only see their own contractors and projects, with the current stock shown right next to it.
Step 4/6 · Check
The warehouse approves or rejects
For every order the app checks whether there is enough in stock. If there is, it's one click on Approve. If not, the app blocks the order and says exactly what is missing.
Step 5/6 · Issue
Issue and packing slip in one go
Once approved, the app automatically books every line as an issue and creates a PDF packing slip, with space for the signatures of the site manager and the warehouse.
Step 6/6 · Report
Afterwards you know exactly where it went
Reports per contractor, per project or per worker, on screen or as a PDF. Handy for job costing, and for the discussion you no longer need to have.
