Our story

Digital and physical, in one pair of hands.

Many businesses have a web developer, a printer, a sign maker and someone else for the vehicle graphics. That means explaining what you want four times, four quotes, and colours that never quite match.

At Digitaal Motief it all comes together. We make signs and graphics for shops, restaurants and company vans, and we build websites, web shops and software. That's why we know how your brand should look on a screen and on a ten-metre-wide shopfront.

It starts on screen.

Websites, web shops and software are our starting point. Even a shopfront or a van is designed digitally first, down to the pixel, so you see exactly what you'll get.

02 · Motief: motif and motive

A pattern, and a reason.

A motif is a recurring pattern. That's what a strong brand does: it shows up recognisably everywhere. In Dutch, motief also means motive: the reason customers choose you.

03 · Our approach

Understand first, then create.

We listen first, design next and only produce when everything is right. We build every part on the same grid of colours, letters and proportions, so it all fits together.
